4 glasses
400 ml soya milk
2 bananas
5 ice cubes
3 tbsp ground almonds
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp ground cinnamon
RECIPE STEPS
1Roughly chop the bananas and add to the Blender.
Add the soya milk, ground almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon and ice cubes.
- 400 ml soya milk
- 2 bananas
- 5 ice cubes

2Run the programme:
Smoothie.
3Serve immediately so that the smoothie is chilled.
