1 pizza

1 small butternut squash peeled

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 small red onion

450 g of pizza dough

2 tbsp of Dijon mustard

100 g of grated mature cheddar cheese

10 leaves of sage

1 pinch of sea salt

1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2Cut the squash to form a cylinder, spiralize using the FUSILLI cone. Cut into shorter lengths and toss with 1 tbsp oil.
  • 1 small butternut squash peeled
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
3Season and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
4Chop the onion using a knife, or in the food processor for 20 seconds. Combine with the remaining oil.

  • 1 small red onion
5Roll out the pizza dough into a large oval and place on an oiled baking tray. Spread with mustard, and scatter the cheddar, butternut squash fusilli, onion and sage over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden.
