800 g of broccoli with long stalks

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 shallot

1 garlic clove

4 tbsp of lemon juice

150 g of petits pois

3 tbsp of crème fraîche

1 pinch of sea salt

1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Spiralize the broccoli stalks using the SPAGHETTI cone. Cut into shorter lengths.

2Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces or in the Food Processor using the metal blade.

3Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the shallot and garlic for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly coloured; set aside. Leave the oil in the pan.

4Add the broccoli florets, season and cook for 2 minutes.

5Add the broccoli spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
6Stir in the lemon juice, peas, shallot and garlic. Remove from the heat and add the crème fraîche; stir until combined. Season to taste.
