RECIPE STEPS
1To make a bone broth, gather your choice of ingredients. Chop them into chunks and add them to the metal bowl up to the MAX line.

- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 3 celery stalks
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 stalk rosemary
- 5 g thyme
- 2 tsp salt
2Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Run SIMMERING 04:00h/speed 0/95°C. The longer you run the Cook Expert the more time the bones have to release its collagen and other nutrients.

3Once finished, strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve.
4Place in the fridge for up to a week or freeze.
