300 g strong bread flour

200 ml whole milk

7 g dried yeast

2 tsp salt

30 g butter

1 camembert

3 garlic cloves

3 stalks rosemary

1 pinch pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Add all the ingredients for the brioche to the metal bowl of the Cook expert.
  • 300 g strong bread flour
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 7 g dried yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
2Run the BREAD/BRIOCHE programme to from a bread dough.

3Leave the dough in the bowl and prove the dough. Run EXPERT 30:00/0/30°C.

4Divide the dough into 18 even balls and shape into a star around the camembert.

5Leave the dough to rise for 45 mins.
6Score the top of the camembert and add the garlic, rosemary and pepper.

  • 1 pinch pepper
7Bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.
8Pull the dough balls apart dip into the hot melted cheese.
