40 g sugar

20 g coconut oil

100 g dark chocolate

50 g plain soy yoghurt

100 g plain flour

0.25 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

2 tbsp icing sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1In the large bowl of the FOOD PROCESSOR equipped with the large metal knife, blend the coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, melted chocolate and plant-based yogurt in AUTO mode for 30 sec.
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g plain soy yoghurt
2Add the flour, yeast, and pinch of salt. Mix in AUTO mode until you get a sticky dough. Set aside the dough obtained on some cling film, wrap it up and chill for 1 hour.

  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
3Form the crinkles by rolling a piece of dough between your hands then roll the crinkles in powdered sugar. Place the crinkles on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C. Let them cool before handling.
