160 g plain flour

2 tsp of baking powder

10 g of butter

5 eggs

160 g of icing sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Heat the oven to 180 °C.
2Fit the metal bowl with the whisk, add the eggs and sugar. Mix by running the program.

4Butter and flour an 18-20cm charlotte mould or cake tin and pour the cake batter into it.

5Bake for 40 minutes.
6Cool the cooked cake before turning it out onto a rack.

the cake turned out not fluffy at all. Bit hard too, something is not right.
