500 g of strong white flour

1 tsp of sea salt

2 tsp of fresh baker's yeast

315 ml of water

50 ml of olive oil (optional)

RECIPE STEPS
1Use the scales to weigh all the ingredients directly into the metal bowl.

  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 2 tsp of fresh baker's yeast
  • 315 ml of water
2Fit the metal bowl on to the base and select BAKING function, press OK and find BREAD/BRIOCHE then press AUTO. This is a 2 minute automatic programme.

3The COOK EXPERT combines the ingredients at speed 5 for 1 minute and then will pause, giving you opportunity to add any ingredients to the dough, through the cap. When ready, press AUTO to continue the programme, kneading at speed 9 for the final 1 minute.
4To prove the dough, select EXPERT 30mins / 0 / 30c.

5Place and roll out onto a lightly floured work surface, shape and then bake in a very hot oven for 5 minutes.
