RECIPE STEPS
1Chop an onion, carrot & celery in CE metal bowl if using the universal blade or the food processor main blade if you choose to use the dough hook in the Cook Expert.

2With the universal blade in EXPERT press AUTO & slowly increase speed to 12. STOP when the veg is chopped to the size of a grain of rice. Or process in the food processor bowl and scrape into the CE with the dough hook.
