6 large parsnips
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 vegetable stock
450 ml d'eau

RECIPE STEPS
1Add the onions, carrot, garlic, parsnips, cumin and oil to a baking tray.

- 6 large parsnips
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
2Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
3Add the roasted vegetables to the blender and add the stock and the water.

- 450 ml d'eau
4Run the SOUP programme until the soup has pureed.
5Serve with more cumin seeds and a drizzle of oil.
