350 g of silken tofu

100 g of chocolate

3 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional)

1 pinch of salt

RECIPE STEPS
1Break the chocolate into the Cook Expert metal bowl and melt, using the CHOCOLATE preset.

2Then lift the metal bowl off the base. Fit the food processor main bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  • 350 g of silken tofu
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
3Process until totally smooth, then pour in the melted chocolate and blend until completely mixed.

4Scoop into serving glasses. Eat directly or chill in the fridge.
