150 g plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

100 g of Comté cheese

100 g shelled walnuts

100 ml olive oil

120 ml warm milk

3 eggs

100 g smoked ham

RECIPE STEPS
1Heat the oven to 180 °C.
2Add the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 120 ml warm milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

3Slice the ham in strips. Add the ingredients in the metal bowl and restart the program.

4Pour the mixture in a greased and floured loaf tin then bake for 45 minutes.
5Check the loaf is cooked by inserting the tip of a knife into the centre of the cake: it should come out dry. If necessary, bake a little longer.
