375 ml of oat milk

1 egg yolk

2 eggs

25 g of cornstarch

50 g of pure hazelnut puree

40 g of sugar

50 g of dark chocolate

RECIPE STEPS
1In the metal bowl, put in the following order: the sugar, the eggs + egg yolk, the cornstarch and the hazelnut puree. Run the program. Fold once if necessary during the program.
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 25 g of cornstarch
  • 50 g of pure hazelnut puree

2Fold in, add half of the milk and run the program. Remove the cap and through the opening, gradually pour in the remaining milk. Close the cap.
