100 g of dark chocolate

100 g of unsalted butter

100 g of icing sugar

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

15 g of plain flour

15 g of cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

10 g of butter

10 g of cocoa powder

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 200 C.
2Line 4 ramekins or small bowls with a little bit of butter and cocoa powder.
  • 10 g of butter
  • 10 g of cocoa powder
3Put the chocolate into the metal bowl. Run EXPERT 00:15/ speed 13/ 0 C.
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
4Once the chocolate is chopped up, add the butter and sugar. Run 05:00/speed 3/ 60 C.
  • 100 g of unsalted butter
  • 100 g of icing sugar

5When the mixture has melted, add the eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Run PASTRY/CAKE.
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 15 g of plain flour
  • 15 g of cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
6Now spoon or pipe into ramekins/small bowls. Bake at 180 C for 8 minutes.
7Serve with cream, fresh berries and a dusting of icing sugar.

Tried it. Turned out very good. Only thing is that I had to leave it in oven for longer and on 200 degrees.
