500 g rolled oats

75 g golden raisins

250 g salted butter

250 g maple syrup

Chef's tip

You can replace the raisins with the dried fruits of your choice (apricots, figs...) and the maple syrup with honey or Lyle's Golden Syrup®. You can also cover the bars with melted chocolate or caramel before letting them cool.

RECIPE STEPS
1Heat the oven to 180°C.
2Put the diced butter and the syrup (or the honey) into the metal bowl. Run the program.
  • 250 g salted butter
  • 250 g maple syrup

3Check that the butter is well melted and incorporated into the syrup. If not, rerun the program.

4Add the ingredients and run the program.

5If necessary, use a spatula to scrape down the wall of the bowl then rerun the program.

6Spread the mixture over a rectangular mould. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes (until the bars are golden brown).
7Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
8Cut it into bars and let them cool again for 15 minutes.
9Transfer the bars to a wire rack to finish cooling.
