300 g fish pieces (marinade with 3g salt, 8g corn-starch/cornflour, 10g egg white and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours)
150 g bean sprouts

RECIPE STEPS
1Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the dough hook before adding in all oils, aromatics, salt, sauces, the spicy boiled fish material, and water. Set to stir fry programme / 7 minutes / 1A / 160°C.
2Add in the bean sprouts, continuing the stir fry programme / 3 minutes / 1A / 160°C.
